Shipping is included in all orders. Please allow 3 - 6 weeks for shipping in the US and 4 - 8 weeks for International. ***Please note that other countries may charge a customs fee.***
PERSONALIZED ITEMS
If you purchased a Drum Head to be “Personalized” please send an e-mail to webmaster@charliebenante.com immediately following the placement of your order stating what you would like on the drum head. Include your name as it appears in the PayPal account and the date you placed the order. If an e-mail is not received, your item will only receive a signature and the name from who it was purchased. Since Charlie will be personalizing the item himself, please allow up to 6 - 9 weeks (or more if he is on tour) to be shipped.
